This sprawling six-bedroom villa has an exclusive location overlooking the iconic and tranquil white sands of Sandy Lane Beach. A stay at Landfall is all about laid-back luxury in a highly sought-after setting. The sea views from the villa are spectacular – the walled garden opens directly onto the beach – and the lush greenery also gives you plenty of privacy. Outside space includes a large main pool and a hot tub pool.

The villa’s interior is modern elegance with a rustic edge; think white-washed vaulted ceilings, arched doorways, hand-crafted wooden furniture and floral drapes. Your first impression of Landfall will be its flower-filled courtyard, complete with a pretty fountain. From here, you can access the fully-equipped kitchen, gazebo dining area and study, as well as a glorious outdoor entertaining space with its own bar that overlooks the glittering private pool and Sandy Lane Beach.

Two of the spacious ensuite bathrooms are located on the ground floor. A further four ensuite bedrooms and a TV room can be found on the upper level. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony where you can truly take in the stunning sea views – the balcony for the master bedroom is particularly impressive. Bed layouts are flexible, with the option of king or twin beds in most of the rooms to accommodate for you and your guests.
