Inside and out, this home is astonishing, delivering the wow factor from the moment you pull up the driveway. With a convenient location just a short distance from the airport and right on Mountain Village's exceptional golf course, this chalet has everything guests could wish for at any time of the year.

Mountain Village is a charming little community set high in the Colorado mountains. With year-round appeal, this busy little town is a custom-made epicentre for winter sports and a fabulous base for summer outdoor adventures. Skiers and snowboarders have some of the best high-alpine runs in the country, and there are gentle beginner slopes for those who haven’t quite got their ski legs yet. Evening entertainment is provided by a buzzing fine dining scene serving delicious cuisine from around the world, accompanied by local wines and the occasional tipple of locally-distilled bourbon from nearby Telluride Distillery.

Lawson Point is surrounded by breathtaking views in every direction. The Great Room has enormous floor-to-ceiling windows that turn the vistas of the mountain peaks into works of art that constantly change through the seasons. The use of honey-toned timber accented with bespoke furnishings and textiles gives the living space a relaxed, warm feeling. The sleek kitchen is exquisitely laid out and includes a wine fridge, granite countertops, and custom-made cabinets. The dining room is intimate and cosy, or step out onto the deck for million-star al fresco eating. The five bedrooms are soothingly decorated in soft tones that pick up on the blues and greys of the mountains. Two identical master suites offer king-size beds, with the first-floor suite benefiting from a private deck with hot tub. Two additional guest rooms provide cosy comfort, with one queen-size room and one king-size bedroom with views of the San Sophia Ridgeline. Finally, for the younger guests, a large bunk room offers a queen and four twin-size beds.

For those evenings when all you want to do is chill and relax with the family, a Media Room is the perfect excuse to make a tray of hot chocolates and some popcorn and settle down to movie night. The wet bar with fridge means that the grown-ups can mix up a few cocktails and a plate of nibbles too. Lawson Point is a true family home ideal for larger groups who want to celebrate together in real style.
