Colombier Beach is an enchanting spot that can only be reached on foot or by boat. Its wild, rugged beauty differs greatly from the gentle sweeps of white sand you'll find elsewhere on St Barts. The trek down to the beach takes you through cool caves and along clifftop tracks, where you'll meet everything from cute little lizards to the wild goats that call these cliffs home. If that sounds like a little too much effort, a short drive will take you to the island's capital of Gustavia, where you'll find gourmet dining and boutique shopping on offer.
The interior of Les Roches is charmingly chic and sophisticated, with a clever blend of authentic island architectural motifs and contemporary design flair. An expansive lounge is filled with plush furnishings and opens onto the terrace, where those incredible panoramic views create ever-changing works of art. The covered terrace includes a large dining area, while the professional standard kitchen features top-of-the-range appliances and a substantial breakfast bar.
