Lined with some of the most exclusive, high-end stores and restaurants in SoCal, Sunset Blvd epitomises the blend of old and new LA. It forms an artery through the heart of West Hollywood, and its towering palm trees that line the length of the Strip have been featured in countless films and TV shows. If you’re a dedicated shopper or gourmet guru, Sunset Blvd is the place to be, offering Michelin-starred restaurants and flagship stores. Your dedicated concierge can arrange reservations or organise a limo to take you into the centre of LA for that red carpet event.

The retro exterior of London Villa is utterly charming and totally authentic, while its interior welcomes guests with open-plan living concepts and bespoke touches. The living areas are relaxed and informal, utilising a minimalist white décor accented by a bold marble fireplace surround. The dining space is just right for an intimate dinner party, while the top-of-the-range kitchen also has delightful views of the terrace and pool. An additional office space that doubles as a den is ideal if you are here on business and need to get some work done during your stay. However, the feature glass wall ensures you never feel cut off from the rest of your guests.

The three bedrooms are soothing spaces where you can completely relax at the end of the day. The primary suite, with its indulgent king-size bed, has a private terrace where you can catch that epic LA sunset, as well as a spa-standard ensuite. The remaining two bedrooms come with queen-size beds and attractive ensuites. A cosy little sitting area on the upper floor provides the ideal spot for curling up with a good book or a film on movie night.

Outside, an al fresco dining area and kitchen are just right for those lazy Sunday brunches, while a private pool oasis feels almost like your little tropical retreat.     Home Truths

    • Please be mindful of the city’s enforced quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
    • Please note that all reservations for groups larger than ten individuals must be cleared with the villa owner prior to checking in. Please speak to a Travel Advisor for more information.
    • The house is equipped with two external security cameras - one facing the front of the home and one for the backyard. These are in place for security reasons. Please note that Ring audio is also activated, however, it can be turned off if requested.
    • Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
