House Rules
Please note that the minimum age of the primary renter should be 25 or over.
Guard gates in private communities may require that you leave a photo ID every time you enter the community. Your ID will be returned to you every time that you exit
In gated communities, noise after 10 PM can result in a fine, WITHOUT warning. Property manager will charge a processing fee of $500 unless the fine is paid directly to the HOA while you are still in Los Cabos.
The Pedregal HOA will not allow vendors through the gate unless they are pre-approved and meet Pedregal requirements.
Home Truths
Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
Mantea Casa Cabo can accommodate wedding parties/special events from 20 guests (sit down) to 75 guests (standing). There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
