Arrival
Check-in is scheduled between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Guests are requested to arrive by 7:00 PM at the latest.
Late arrivals incur a fee:

• €50 for arrivals up to 8:00 PM

• €100 for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM

• No arrivals accepted after 9:00 PM

Upon arrival, your greeter will also collect the city tax: €2 per person per night, payable in cash. Children under 12 are exempt.

A small welcome selection will be waiting for you in the house: wine, water, bread, salami, and tomatoes.

Guest Registration: All guests must be registered with local authorities. The staff will collect your passports at check-in time.

Utilities

• Air Conditioning: The rent includes 200 kWh for A/C use. The meter will be checked on arrival and departure. Any excess will be charged at cost and must be paid in cash on departure day.

• Heating: Central heating is available upon request and is charged according to consumption. Please note that heating can be expensive. Charges must be paid in cash on departure day.

The house comes with basic supplies (salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, dishwasher detergent, soap, toilet paper). Shops are open until 7:00 PM on Saturdays. A pre-arrival shopping service is also available upon request.

Pool: The pool is for the exclusive use of Maramai guests. Pool towels are provided — please avoid using bath towels at the pool.

Fireplace: The main house has a fireplace on the ground floor and on the first floor. The fireplace on the first floor is very large and if you don't know how to light it properly, it can produce smoke throughout the house. We therefore recommend not to use it.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Anna will assist with the departure formalities the evening before or on the morning of your departure.

 

NO Smoking permitted: This is a non-smoking house, please only smoke outside.
