House Rules

  • The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
  • No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

  • This home does not have air conditioning. Between June and September we will place fans in each room that needs them.

  • This home is on the fourth floor with external elevator access, however there are stairs up to the building entrance without elevator access.

  • This home accepts babies, toddlers and children but does not accept pets.

  • There are plans for all the windows on this apartment building to be replaced at some point however there is not timeline yet. Please contact your Sales Advisor for more information.

  • There is a fifth bedroom with a single Murphy bed available to use, best suited for a nanny or accompanying travel helper. Please speak to one of our sales advisors for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
