Shore Pointe is a private waterfront enclave with direct access to the beautiful blonde sands of Cupecoy Beach. Villa Mumbai lies right on the French and Dutch border that divides the north and south of the beautiful island and boasts awe-inspiring ocean views, just a short distance from Porto Cupecoy, Simpson Bay and vibrant Marigot.

The curved infinity pool with a snug seating area and table situated within the water blends with the glistening azure ocean on the horizon. A crowning feature of the outside area is the large hammock with billowing white linens that surround it; as the sun begins to drench the sky in the blissful mornings, enjoy a steaming cup of coffee here and listen to the gentle rustle of palm trees.

The open plan living space with stunning travertine floors opens up to the outside terrace as a result of the large glass sliding door that encompasses the entirety of the wall. Stunning archways, an office nook, thoughtful furnishings and a palette of creams, sand, white, soft greys, sage greens and driftwood add to the relaxed nature of the home. To the left of the gourmet kitchen lies the sheltered al fresco BBQ area - this space is perfect for special meals with loved ones showcasing breathtaking views of the sparkling ocean.

The three equal-sized bedrooms boast sea views, ensuite bathrooms, private outdoor seating areas and beautiful custom walk-in wardrobes. All of the rooms include king-sized beds, with one featuring two twins - a great option for children during the stay. Each room has its own unique colour scheme, beautiful fabrics and tasteful artwork adorning the walls. The lower floor bedroom opens to the travertine terrace, yet is extremely private. Villa Mumbai is well suited to a family or a group and is just a stone’s throw to the airport.
