Sitting on top of Pointe Milou’s craggy coastline, Niña is a delightful four-bedroom villa in St Barts. A wonderful place to unwind and fully recharge your batteries, its sun-kissed deck offers the most sublime views across the island’s azure coast - a sight that you could never tire of no matter how many times you visit this beautiful spot.

Enveloped by tropical vegetation, Niña feels very private and secluded while still being just a short car journey from the main town, Gustavia. Whether you are planning a week full of adventure or perhaps something a little quieter, this charming villa has all you need.

The villa is one of three ‘sister’ villas, together with Maria and Pinta. Each has been carefully created by French designer, Olivia Putnam, who took her inspiration from a ship’s bow. Facing the sea and with the sound of rolling waves to lull you into a state of complete tranquillity, these beautiful retreats have been purpose-built to maximise those idyllic coastal sights and sounds.

Niña blends right into its natural surroundings with the liberal use of bamboo and volcanic stone materials both inside and out. The modern interior feels bright and welcoming, providing a comfortable living room, dining area, kitchen, and a separate media room.

The villa’s four bedrooms are set across both levels, with two on the main level and another two rooms located downstairs. All four boast cosy queen-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private dressing rooms. The upstairs rooms enjoy views across the sea, while those on the lower level face out onto the vibrant garden.
