Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• Please note: Noble House is located on a stretch of waterfront, and the beach may encounter increased seaweed or reduced water clarity due to fluctuating ocean currents and weather patterns, especially during the rainy seasons in May and October.

• For rentals requiring a damage deposit exceeding $3,500 (typically 10% of the rental rate), an additional refundable deposit will be collected. This amount will be returned to guests, provided no damages occur during their stay.

• For all stays during the festive period (December 19, 2026 to January 2, 2027), full payment is required 120 days in advance. Bookings not fully paid by this date are subject to cancellation. Please inquire for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
