Simple, elegant and refined; Villa Sand Castle is an exquisite beach house on the exclusive Lorient Beach. Mixing traditional features like wooden, vaulted ceilings and tiled floors with a relaxed and informal ambience, you’ll find this beautiful villa perched right on the water’s edge. Feel immediately at home in the light and airy property, whitewashed throughout for a sleek and minimal effect, with large doors and drapes opening out onto a beachside veranda.

Just a few steps out of the door and you can be paddling in the tranquil water as it laps against the shore or taking a sunset stroll along the golden sands, beneath the towering palm trees. This is the perfect place to sit back, relax and retune to the slower pace of island life.

However, if you do fancy getting active during your stay then you’ll find plenty to do nearby. The white sand beach is cradled in a secluded bay protected by coral reef and is known for its excellent surf. It’s also a short distance away from the local restaurants and shops, with a surf shack nearby offering lessons for the whole family.

Six guests can comfortably stay across three ensuite king bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms offer breathtaking ocean views while the other overlooks a pretty garden. There is a further guest room with a single bed and access to a shared bathroom - ideal for an accompanying nanny or personal chef. The villa can be rented in tandem with neighbouring Villa La Plage, making it ideal for large groups. Invite the whole family or meet up with friends to enjoy a barbecue on the porch, play games on the beach, or toast to a fun-filled holiday from the comfort of the Swedish hot tub.
