Designed by local architect Ron Shaw and inspired by the visionary architect Frank Lloyd-Wright, Sandy Estate is also an eco-friendly retreat overlooking the magical Turtle Tail bay.

On the south coast of Providenciales sits Turtle Tail, a charmingly serene peninsula shaped like a turtle's tail. This picture-perfect location is home to a few exclusive villas and exquisite deserted sandy beaches, with crystal-clear water perfect for a lazy afternoon's snorkelling. A short distance away is the lively town of Providenciales, providing guests with gourmet dining, entertainment and shopping.

The idyllic Sandy Estate resides down a private gated driveway leading to this exquisite complex and the ocean beyond. The two villas are equally beguiling, filled with vibrant colours against a neutral background and bespoke furnishings throughout. The social areas embrace the island's indoor-outdoor living principles, flowing effortlessly from the cool white interior to the sunkissed deck and surrounding gardens. An open-plan contemporary layout includes a state-of-the-art kitchen and formal dining area. Or go al fresco for a more relaxed meal on the terrace.

Each villa has four king-size bedrooms, providing soothing retreats where the sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep. Unique colourways give each room its own personality, from rooms that echo the ocean's blue to those that embrace the pinks of a Turks & Caicos sunset.
