This superb six-bedroom villa is located in the desirable Gibbs Glade on the magical island of Saint Peter. Welcoming up to 12 guests, Seastar is a sensory haven mindfully created by stylist Kate Haynes to promote well-being, peace, and relaxation.
On the northern tip of Barbados is a tranquil, laid-back enclave surrounded by lush forests and rolling green hills. Saint Peter is a more authentic Barbadian experience, with sleepy fishing villages and a delightful town offering colourful houses and artisan shops to explore. Saint Peter is full of old-world charm, with endless sandy beaches and hidden gems to discover. Your dedicated concierge can arrange for car hire that will enable you to travel further afield to explore the island at your leisure.
Step inside Seastar, and you are instantly transported to an enchanting escape from the stresses of modern life. With a symbiotic harmony between man-made and natural elements, Seastar has been created as a wellness retreat where total relaxation is the order of the day. The living areas are bright and breezy, transitioning from cool, exquisitely decorated interiors to tropical exteriors. The living areas encourage guests to socialise both inside and outdoors, as do the interior and al fresco dining options. The kitchen is gourmet standard, with professional appliances and plenty of character to balance the space.
The six bedrooms are divine. The primary suite is thoughtfully designed and decorated in soft, gentle tones to guarantee a restful night's sleep. In total, there are four king-size bedrooms in the main villa. A separate two-bedroom cottage featuring king-size beds, a kitchenette/living room and ensuite bathrooms is ideal for a small family or couple who want just a little extra privacy.
A yoga studio and fully equipped gym keep you active, followed by the exhilaration of the cold plunge pool by the cottage that will energise and revive you. The garden is everything you imagine a Caribbean paradise to be, with a sparkling pool, banana trees and palms rustling in the breeze, and the sweet smell of jasmine in the air.
