Fronting the golden sands of Baie Rouge Beach, this sprawling five-bedroom villa is the perfect setting from which to enjoy beach life. There’s so much space to wander and play freely, with mature gardens leading straight onto the long swathe of sand and the ocean beyond.

Serena’s pool is a real highlight – it’s surrounded by a grand terrace complete with decorative columns and white archways. For dining, there’s a choice of options. The spacious indoor dining area with its vaulted ceiling opens onto the terrace, while a large gazebo towards the edge of the grounds has stunning ocean views. Whichever spot you choose to set your table, you can be sure that you’ll have all you need to whip up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional indoor spaces include a comfy reading nook and a media room.

The five bedrooms all have their own large ensuite bathroom. Three of the rooms have a king-size bed, while the other two rooms are made up as twin rooms. All bedrooms open onto the terrace, so it’s easy to get straight outside as soon as you wake up. Serena is part of the elite Baie Rouge Residences and, with its great position towards the end of the beach, it offers families and friends an idyllic and exclusive beach holiday on St Martin.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, with stunning location and views. The home is also extremely well designed, affording privacy for larger families (we have 5) yet open and inviting communal places for dining, swimming and gathering. Overall, a great villa!
