The third bedroom offers added versatility with both a king-size and queen-size bed, along with its own ensuite.

    • *NOISE ORDINANCE*
    • Guests may not - play loud music, make noise while entering/leaving, host outdoor activities by the pool or invite additional non-approved guests. These violations are prohibited and strictly enforced, as ALL NOISE must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9PM-8AM. ANY SORT OF VIOLATION will result in BREACH OF CONTRACT and your reservation will be CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND, and guest will be evicted immediately. Please be mindful and respectful of these rules.     Home Truths

    • -Please note that there is currently construction work taking place directly next door to the home, so there may be some minor noise heard at times during the day. Please enquire with our Travel Advisors for the latest updates.
    • -Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • -For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • -For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
