From the plush, cosy opulence of the two-storey living room to the refined simplicity of its bedrooms, St Ives Modern mixes contemporary design to create complex motifs that interact perfectly. The extraordinary water feature and chrome sculpture set the tone for this beguiling interior. The dining area is part of the open-plan living area and features an exquisite floating table and concept chairs. The professional standard kitchen is by SCIC, while the poolside wine cellar is well stocked.

The entire second floor comprises a black walk-in closet, a king-size bed and an expansive living area. The remaining bedrooms offer a king-size bed and a queen-size bed and restful interiors with stunning canyon views and sublime ensuites. A superb theatre room has opulent blue leather reclining seats and a large screen for those special family movie nights.

A huge outdoor entertaining area consists of an outdoor living room, al fresco dining and a full outdoor kitchen, a magnificent infinity pool, spa and sun terrace. St Ives Modern keeps giving, turning this exemplary villa into a truly welcoming and exceptional Hollywood villa.

    Home Truths

    • Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $500 to start and $200 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • Please note that there is construction taking place next door to the home and occasional construction in the general neighborhood, so there may be some noise heard at the home during the day. Please inquire with our Travel Advisor team for the latest updates.
    • For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
