Located in front of the 2nd hole of the Punta Espada Golf course and lake, this contemporary villa also has some stunning ocean views from every aspect. Cap Cana has everything you could wish for in the perfect holiday resort. This gated community embraces both man-made and natural wonders, with wellness centres, outstanding restaurants and championship golf courses all sitting side by side with the Dominican Republic's fragile yet beautiful ecosystem. The community has been sympathetically constructed, ensuring unique habitats are retained and protected. From a stroll along a deserted white sand beach at sunset to a meal of exquisitely cooked seabass and traditional local dishes such as Puerco Asa’o (roasted pig), Cap Cana introduces you to island life and is guaranteed to revive mind, body and soul.

The Palm house is a huge space covering over 13,700ft² over two levels. The main villa consists of a host of extras, including a music room, a fully fitted gym, multiple living areas where guests can socialise, a wine cellar, and of course, magnificent balconies from which to enjoy those ocean views. The hot kitchen is fitted with the latest gourmet appliances, and there is also a cold kitchen in the complex. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas give you a choice of intimate or al fresco dining. Five large bedrooms offer tranquil spaces in which to unwind at the end of the day and include three with king-size beds and two that both have two queen-size beds each. Each bedroom has a different travel theme.

The outside is as impressive as the interior at The Palm house, with a large infinity pool dominating the central sun deck, as well as a jacuzzi and volleyball court. The covered outdoor terrace provides plenty of shade from the afternoon sun, or you can take a short stroll to the pristine, deserted beach and watch the sun go down at the end of a wonderful day in paradise.
