The Point at Maria Bluff is an architecturally beautiful home, set high among tropical flora and overlooking the cobalt Caribbean Sea. Located on the verdant Maria Bluff peninsula in the Cruz Bay Quarter of St John, those who visit feel as though they have landed in their very own secluded paradise. Should you feel the need to leave your tranquil oasis, you’ll find the popular beaches of Cruz Bay and North Shore just a short car journey away.

As you step through the gate to The Point at Maria Bluff, you are first greeted by the gorgeous Asian-inspired Zen Garden. Once you arrive at the main house, a 50ft observation deck with its spiral staircase beckons you to ascend up to its top, with 300-degree views of the coast and island. A wonderful spot to grab a quiet moment and soak up the views.

Inside, an expert blend of contemporary and traditional Caribbean furnishings combine to create a home that is both chic and comfortable. The indoor and outdoor living spaces are virtually one and the same, providing so many lovely spaces for socialising, dining, and relaxing. Featuring four master bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bath and open stone shower, every guest can relax in comfort and privacy.

Outside, you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating around the glittering infinity pool and hot tub. However, the highlight has to be the octagonal observation deck which hangs over the cliff - watch the tropical fish swim below or soak up the sunsets from this amazing spot.

For larger groups, a separate two-bedroom guest cottage adjacent to the main house can also be booked. Couples can also book this cosy cottage should the main house already be occupied.
