Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. Guests will be responsible for deep cleaning fees for smoking in the residence.
  • Please refrain from wearing outdoor footwear in the residence.
  • Please store your skis and boots in the designated areas and not in the house (unless the designated storage area is in the house).
  • A city noise ordinance is in effect from 10pm to 7am daily.
  • Parking policies are extremely important. Please make note of the parking guidelines in this manual and contact us if you have any questions.

Home Truths

  • This chalet does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will ensure the interiors are kept comfortable and fresh - simply open the windows after the sun goes down and keep the windows and blinds closed during the day. Utilising the chalet's overhead fans, if available, will keep the airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee. Speak to our team to find out more.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
