Home Truths

  • The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.

  • This home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations. A 24 hour notice will be given, if possible.

  • Dogs allowed with approval and should be submitted via email for approval prior to stay. An additional pet fee will be added to the reservation after approval.

  • Please note there is a non-refundable home protection and service charge of $100 - $500, the exact amount depends on the size of the home.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
