Curfews
In compliance to the TCI Law and the Long Bay Community Guidelines, we kindly ask that all exterior
music and excessive outdoor noise be dismissed by 11PM.

Gate Code and Entrance Door Code
The property is gated. The gate code will be provided to you prior to arrival. The gate will automatically close
behind you when entering the property. When exiting, the gate will open automatically. If you are
expecting a guests, they can use the ‘call’ function on the keypad. The main villa phone will ring. Dial
‘61’ to let them in.You can also use the the app titled 'lift master' on the iPads to open and close the
gate. The gate is also equipped with a camera which you can use to view the gate. This is also
accessible through an app on the properties iPads.

Entering the building
There are two ways to enter the building. You can enter through the front door by using the key
provided upon arrival or you can enter through the basement door which operates off of a keypad. The
code to the basement door will be provided upon arrival. The basement door will lock behind you
when it closes.

Security andAlarm System
The property is equipped with an alarm system. The code will be provided to you upon arrival. When
turned on and used properly, the system monitors the interior of the house and all doors. We suggest
using the alarm at all times, especially at night and when you exit the property. The property also has
nightly security personnel on site.
