From its voice-activated lighting and music to that fluid indoor-outdoor transition from the sumptuous living room to the sunny patio, Troy Hill is a carefully thought-out villa that flows effortlessly from one space to another. The living room is filled with plush, comfortable furniture, and the open-plan design moves gracefully into the intimate dining area, the private bar and a state-of-the-art, gourmet-standard kitchen. Troy Hill's four bedrooms are decorated in soft, neutral tones, creating a restful ambience. The main suite boasts a king-size bed, a private balcony and a spa-standard ensuite with an extra-large soak tub temptingly positioned in front of an open fireplace. The remaining three bedrooms all offer queen-size beds, and each room has unique touches, such as a small patio with a hammock as part of bedroom four.

    • -Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • -For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • -For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
