Sumptuously decorated, this ten-bedroomed villa welcomes up to 20 guests with special touches, bespoke furniture, and breathtaking ocean views.

St Barts dances to its own tune. This gorgeous green dot in the middle of the Caribbean Sea is a lush, laid-back tropical paradise where lazy days and nights are the norm. While the island's lush interior is just begging to be explored, it's the beaches that are its biggest draw. Sugar-soft white sand squishes up between your toes as the warm ocean laps the shore. You'll see turtles swimming in the clear waters and dolphins playing offshore. As the sunset paints the sky in pinks and purples, it's time to sit back and relax with a plate of simply fried fresh red snapper drizzled with some seriously spicey Creole pepper sauce, all washed down with a rum cocktail or three.

UNIK sits in an enviable position in the heights of St Jean, surrounded by the most spectacular ocean and forest views. Split between two buildings, it’s a contemporary-style villa with complementing island touches such as the high vaulted whitewashed ceilings and copious use of natural timber. The décor was created by world-renowned interior expert Philippe Starck, creating a light, bright, airy space where the interior merges seamlessly with the exterior. The elegant living space flows effortlessly into sublime kitchen and dining areas with a large breakfast bar. Seven of the ten bedrooms are in the main building, while three more are located in 'The Cottage', which also has its own kitchen, living space and separate infinity pool - a retreat within a retreat. The bedrooms all offer king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, with each room decorated in tranquil colours that pick up on the blue of the sky and the ocean. A fully-equipped fitness room helps you stay on top of your workouts, while a home cinema is just the spot for a family movie evening.

Outside, the views stretch on forever across a sparkling ocean. The gardens are sublime, perfectly manicured and with plenty of secret corners where you can snooze the afternoon away. A 20m heated infinity pool dominates the main sun terrace, while a covered area has an al fresco dining area and cocktail bar. A mosaic jacuzzi completes the features, and with gated entry to guarantee privacy, UNIK is a St Barts dream destination for a large group or family celebration vacation.
