This elegant three-storey, seven-bedroom villa makes a fantastic first impression. Villa Alegria is located in the charming Pedregal neighbourhood, which is dotted with beautiful houses. There are ocean views from the smart pool deck and each bedroom has its own balcony or terrace.

The outside space here includes a terrace with sun loungers and a whirlpool with a waterfall that cascades into the main pool. Inside, the villa is light and stylish. There are striking uses of marble and granite, as well as a double-height lounge, sturdy pillars, ornate balustrades and classic chandeliers. For cooking, you can choose between the fully-equipped kitchen for more formal family dinners, or the outdoor barbecue for relaxed al fresco meals. Extra spaces include a library, a den and a pool table.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and balcony or terrace. Bedrooms one to three are reached from inside the villa, while bedrooms four to seven are accessed from the outside balcony. The beach and downtown Cabo are only a mile away, so you’re well placed to explore the stunning surroundings. Villa Alegria is an ideally located villa with serious Cabo style.

    • Villa Alegria can accommodate wedding parties/special events on a case by case basis. There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.
    • Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
