Sitting inside the peaceful gated community of Playacar, Villa Aqua is surrounded by the rolling lawns of a superb golf course and is just five minutes walk from the pristine white beach of Playa del Carmen. A 15-minute stroll will see you to the renowned La Quinta Avenida where shopping, dining and entertainment are at their best and the airport is just 45 minutes away.

Sheer light and splendour characterise Villa Aqua. The design melds Art Deco influences with contemporary Cubism to create swirling alabaster rooms of soaring ceilings and sweeping walls of turquoise-touched glass. The magnificent great room has the aura of a tropical dell with its gloriously expansive curved windows, indoor garden with delightful water feature and incredibly towering palm tree.

The family room provides deep-cushioned sofas and a handsome bar along with a fantastic entertainment system including a 75\"\" LED TV and Bose sound system. An even cosier TV room also offers an XBox and is a perfect den for kids. The sublime dining room is formed by a circle of windows hugging the ten seat dining table and the waters of the swimming pool forming a sparkling moat just outside. The gourmet kitchen comes with your very own private chef.

The five ensuite bedrooms are elegant retreats of warm wood furnishings and sumptuously soft beds. There are four king suites and a double and the master boasts a living area and lavish sunken hot tub. Opportunities for activity and play abound with a basketball hoop, volleyball net, fully-equipped personal gym, Bocce ball set and even your own air-conditioned squash court!

Outside, the walls of the villa curl around a splendid patio scattered with loungers, outdoor sofas and umbrellas. A handsome dining table and gas BBQ grill, as well as a fabulous wood-fired oven, provide everything you need for superb al fresco dining. The large jacuzzi is lightly shaded by a spreading palm and the gorgeous, meandering pool shimmers turquoise on the villa's white walls. The pale sands of the shore, deep blue of the sea and luscious green of the tropics are all captured in this truly special haven.
