Part of the private Pedregal community and just a few minutes walk from the beach, it is an exclusive holiday escape ideal for families and groups of friends looking to discover a pristine slice of Mexican paradise.

Featuring elegant open-plan design and sleek, sharp architecture, the villa ensures you are at the heart of the action. The vibrant downtown heart of Cabo San Lucas, with its excellent culinary scene and energetic, non-stop nightlife, is just a short drive away, while an array of beachside activities await. Whether you enjoy jet skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, kitesurfing or horse riding, you will find a dizzying range of excursions on offer in the local area. If you prefer to take it easy, dolphin and whale spotting trips can be arranged.

Overlooking the coast and boasting beautiful sunset views, Villa Besame's crisp, clean, contemporary decor is enlivened with carefully considered artwork and marine-blue accents. The fully-equipped kitchen transitions into a large living area, where sliding doors lead onto the terrace. The eight-seater indoor dining space is the perfect spot for languid evening feasts, while an office library provides guests with space to escape it all and relax with a book or catch up on work emails.

Three of the villa's bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, and one with a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have opulent ensuites with baths and showers and benefit from ocean views, ensuring you awake each morning to the spectacular sight of the Pacific expanse. The master suite even includes a retractable bathroom roof so you can enjoy an evening soak beneath the night sky. Private terraces attached to each bedroom ensure you have your own space for relaxing and unwinding.

Outside, the 70-foot infinity pool offers unbeatable coastal views and incorporates a separate jacuzzi area. Sun loungers line the terrace, and a covered al fresco dining and lounge area allows you to enjoy sociable mealtimes and recount the day's adventures over an evening cocktail. On the rooftop, a dipping pool lets you cool off beneath the midday sun while surveying the gorgeous Mexican coast.
