Resting within the exclusive gated community of Pedregal, this stunning Mediterranean-style villa boasts an enviable location in beautiful Cabo San Lucas. Villa Clara Vista’s name translates to “clear view”, and, indeed, the villa enjoys breathtaking views across the Pacific Ocean and sparkling Sea of Cortez.

The domed architecture of Villa Clara Vista creates a unique palatial ambience, and the interiors are no less spectacular. The rooms are light and airy, with cool marble floors and crisp white furnishings juxtaposed against rich wood tones. Aspiring culinary experts will be delighted by the gourmet kitchen, while swimmers will have eyes only for the gorgeous infinity pool.

Come evening, grill up a casual barbecued feast for your loved ones or have a professional chef come in and prepare a delectable dinner. Dine al fresco in the open-air domed dining area on the lovely terrace as sun sets; then, once night falls, head to the hot tub for a spot of stargazing or gather in the home cinema for an immersive adventure film or lighthearted comedy.

Each of the six finely furnished bedrooms comes with a decadent marble ensuite bathroom and a sun-kissed balcony, meaning you can admire the magnificent views from the comfort of your plush bed. Four of the villa’s plush bedrooms come with a king-size bed each, the fifth bedroom comes with two queen-size beds and the final bedroom can double up as a children’s room, with a trundle bed and shared bathroom. Easily accommodating up to 14 guests (12 adults and two children), Villa Clara Vista is perfect for families or groups of friends longing for effortless elegance right by the sea.
