    Home Truths

    • Villa Grande can accommodate wedding parties/special events on a case by case basis. There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.
    • Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
