Located on the fourth floor, Villa Jazmin offers amazing views over the ocean and Hacienda de Mita's landscaped grounds. Getting around is a breeze, with the building featuring elevators and covered parking. There's also an onsite concierge service to cater for your every need, as well as a 24-hour staffed gate.

The interior of Villa Jazmin is contemporary and finished to a high standard. It's all about rest and relaxation here, whether in the indoor lounge/dining area or outside on the terrace. With little distinction between inside and outside, enjoy the gentle tropical breeze wherever you are - be that chatting on the sofa or dining with the family. The views over the treetops to the ocean are so peaceful you could stare at them all day.

Each of the four bedrooms is sleek and sumptuous. The master with king-size bed feels especially decadent, with the second bedroom featuring a queen-size bed. The third is great for older children or two friends as it offers two double beds. Meanwhile, the bunk room is the perfect den for any little ones in the group.

Enjoy a dip in the communal swimming pool shared with seven other condos and soak up the friendly atmosphere with a stroll around the gardens. Avid golfers will love seeing the seventh fairway of the original Jack Nicklaus Pacifico Signature course that Hacienda de Mita is home to. Meanwhile, everyone in the group will love having access to the community's private beach club. Facilities on offer include a clubhouse with kitchen, oceanfront swimming pool and massage room.

    • 1. Respect one's neighbors and refrain from excess noise, quiet hours begins at 10 pm. During the day, also be 
    • considerate with noise levels that may affect your neighbors. 
    • 2. Respect the Speed Limit of 40 km/hr. within Punta Mita.  
    • 3. Respect all signs throughout Punta Mita, your Community, and at the Clubs. 
    • 4. The responsible use of Golf Carts is required by all who visit Punta Mita. Children underage are not allowed to drive 
    • Golf Carts. Drinking & driving a golf cart is not recommended for one's safety and that of others in our community.  
    • 5. Walk & jog on the recreational paths - not on the road or Golf Course. Pet owners must keep their dogs on a leash all 
    • the time in common areas and carry bags to pick after your pets.  
    • 6. The Golf Course is for golfers – and only for golfers.  
    • 7. Golf Dress Code must be respected for all golfers and spectators. Improperly dressed persons will be asked to change 
    • before using the facilities.  
    • 8. Fitness Facilities - All users must sign in at the front desk. Basic Gym Rules apply: i.e. no cell phone calls, required use of 
    • earphones, no public speakers, clean equipment after usage, — and basically respect others who are using the facility 
    • at the same time.  
    • 9. Members must accompany invited guests to the Beach Clubs or other Club facilities; otherwise, they will not be 
    • permitted to enter the Clubs.  
    • 10. In the interest of everyone's safety and security all guests that visit Punta Mita must be pre-registered with the HOA.
