High on the hillside in the desirable gated community of Pedregal, Villa las Flores boasts magnificent views over the sparkling Pacific Ocean, with occasional glimpses of the migrating whales if you know when to look. Aptly named, “las flores” means “flowers”, and the villa is indeed surrounded by an abundance of splendid bougainvillea.

The interiors at Villa las Flores are wonderfully spacious, with an open-plan design harmonising beautifully with domed ceilings, curved lines and marbled living areas. Every room is furnished in warm neutrals and wood tones, creating an inviting atmosphere, while glass doors open out onto the spectacular view. There are several Cantera-stone outdoor terraces, offering you many options for relaxing and socialising in the gorgeous Mexican sun.

Villa las Flores promises all the space and amenities you’ll need to spend your days however you wish; swim leisurely in the glistening pool, sink down into the hot tub or unleash your inner culinary expert in the large gourmet kitchen. Of course, if you prefer, you may choose to have a professional chef come in to prepare a delicious dinner for you and your guests while you relax. Dine al fresco under the lovely pergola and admire the resplendent hues of the evening sky as you sip a cool glass of wine.
