An elegant and much sought-after villa in the delightful surroundings of Pedregal, Villa Leonetti is as beautiful as the sweeping ocean views that stretch before it. An exceptional location for family breaks or special occasions, this four-bedroom villa can easily accommodate events of up to 20 guests (40 standing). Just a short drive from the delights of Cabo San Lucas, Villa Leonetti gives you the option for both relaxation and exploration.

From the moment you step inside, you will fall in love with the elegance of Villa Leonetti. Classic furnishings, high ceilings, polished Travertine tiles… the list of beautiful features is endless. Wide windows allow sunlight to pour into every room while treating guests to some of the most incredible views of azure waters and the glittering lights of Cabo San Lucas in the nighttime.

Ascend the double staircase in the foyer to find the bedroom suites. Of the four stunning bedrooms, three of the king suites enjoy sumptuous private baths and scenic balconies. An additional bedroom features a double and single bed, ideal for younger guests or a small family.

The glorious sunshine will have you spending most of your afternoons on the outdoor patio. A gorgeous infinity pool and jacuzzi sit at its edge - wonderful for cooling off after bathing on the loungers. Nearby, a gas barbecue allows you to grill delicious local seafood before serving up on the al fresco dining table. For more formal dinners, there is a large dining table in the open-plan living area seating up to ten guests.

    • Villa Leonetti can accommodate wedding parties/special events on a case by case basis. There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.
    • Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
