• Please note, a gratuity payment is expected upon check-out at this villa. The gratuity is calculated based on the total rental amount before taxes and fees. A 10% gratuity is recommended, please inquire for further details.

• Please note, smoking (including the use of hookahs) is not permitted on this property.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Villa Londali will receive a series of enhancements starting in 2026. These include new features, additional rooms, and an updated maximum occupancy of 22 guests in 10 bedroom. Please note that these changes may also impact future booking conditions.

• Roundtrip airport transfer courtesy service from Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) may be arranged upon prior request and is subject to provider availability and scheduling conditions.

• To support the dedicated local staff who look after this villa, a gratuity is customary and expected. Please speak to our reservations team for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
