With a glowing ochre roof and accents of turquoise throughout, which perfectly capture the hues of the nearby ocean, Villa Paprika offers a stylish and sumptuous retreat.

Located right on the exquisite Grace Bay Beach, this home combines unceasing ocean views with convenience: it is just a few minutes walk from several gourmet restaurants and only ten minutes from the boutique shops, art galleries and vibrant nightlife of Grace Bay town. The airport is just 15 minutes away and the nearby Turtle Cove Marina provides wonderful opportunities for boat excursions or sailing.

The three-storey home is elegantly designed and balanced so that everyone can find their own space. The five king suites are all equally sized, each promising a stunning water view, four-poster bed swathed in flowing white drapery and direct access to a private patio or balcony. A couple of the rooms contain two king beds, making them perfect for families or children and the coral-hued ensuite bathrooms are delightful.

Warm tiled floors and soothing light colours characterise the rest of the home, which boasts a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and a magnificent dining table which seats ten beneath a beautiful crystal chandelier. A cosy living space with deep cushioned sofas provides a perfect reading nook whilst, for kids, there is a charming loft space with a Pottery Barn play kitchen.

However, the crowning glory of Villa Paprika lies outside in the form of a network of decks, meandering down to the beach and connected by wooden boardwalks to create pockets of privacy with mesmerising ocean views. From here, you can watch the waves for dolphins and sea rays or step down onto the beach to immerse yourself in the natural world: Smith’s Reef is right off the shore and is one of the best places to snorkel on the island.

A stunning coral stone terrace encloses the sparkling, saltwater pool, with fragrant tropical flowers framing sunbathing chaises and a shaded gazebo. A shallow children’s pool is also provided and the grand poolside dining table seats 12 to 14 people with a state-of-the-art outdoor grill nearby. Whether you venture out exploring, seek the shade of the arched terrace, gaze out across the waves or sit down to celebratory drinks, Villa Paprika promises to give you your heart’s desire in truly splendid style.
