Your local Medieval hillside village, Pieve Santo Stefano, is known as the 'City of Diaries' thanks to its museum's archive of diaries from across the country, journalling all aspects of the Italian experience. Bring these words to life by exploring Tuscany further. Ask your concierge to organise a cultural tour of the beautiful city of Florence, just a 30-minute drive away. Head to the golden sand beaches in Versilia (20 minutes by car) and swim in the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean Sea before a delicious feast of local cuisine in one of the beachfront restaurants.

Villa Prisca's elegant living room boasts exposed timbers, sumptuous sofas and a splendid library for relaxed social gatherings or quiet time. Discover cosy seating nooks throughout the villa or escape to culinary bliss in the delightfully fresh, bright, modern kitchen. Indulge in decadent feasts in the formal dining room, adorned with a shimmering chandelier and regal dining table and chairs. Opt for the kitchen's adjoining dining area for more relaxed evenings, or dine al fresco on the wisteria-draped terrace.

Guests are accommodated across four bedrooms in the villa and one in the guest cottage. These ensuite bedrooms feel gloriously decadent with rich fabrics and antique furniture. Two of the villa's bedrooms house a king-size bed, while the third boasts two queen-size beds and the fourth offers two twin-size beds. A double-size bed is in the guest cottage, accompanied by a welcoming kitchen and living room. The spa-style ensuites are a triumph, with the master suite boasting a fireplace and spacious deep soak tub.

Exquisitely landscaped grounds make a magical spot for relaxing in the Tuscan sun. A delightful sculpture and sun loungers surround the impressive 20-metre swimming pool.     • This villa does not accept groups of young people.
    • The fireplaces of the house are not usable.
    • The back garden of the villa and the pool are private and unaccessible by workers of the winery while the front garden is connected with the whole estate.
    • Please note that the twin bedroom and a double bedroom on THE GROUND FLOOR don't have air-conditioning, even if they are always quite cool even in summer time.
