Set between the sleepy villages of Monticiano and Chiusdino, you can live like a local as you explore this beautiful corner of Italy.

Set among two separate, self-sufficient units, this authentic Tuscan Borgo villa offers all the privacy and seclusion you need to truly unwind. Even the drive up to the villa is scenic - you’ll pass through a gorgeous oak forest which is actually part of the estate itself. If you wish to be world’s away from the bustle of everyday life, then there is no better place to experience this than Villa Quercia.

Inside, the classic Tuscan charm continues. A choice of light-filled living areas offers plenty of space for the whole family to cosy up, complete with plush sofas and beautiful dark wood furnishings. Prepare delicious meals in one of the two well-equipped kitchens, providing all the utensils you need for a three-course extravaganza. Once it’s ready to be served, there are two dining rooms to choose from - perfect for gathering everyone up for a formal dinner every evening.

Outside, a lovely fruit garden provides a wonderful spot to place a picnic blanket in the warm afternoon sunshine. Or, you can enjoy the peace and quiet from the comfort of a sun lounger, set around your own private swimming pool.
