House Rules

-Check-in: from 4 PM to 7 PM
-Check-out: by 10 AM
-Late check-in: arrivals after 7 PM have an extra charge of €50
-Late check-out: departures after 10 PM have an extra charge of €200
-Security deposit: €250 to be paid locally in cash OR pre-auth via credit card; returned at the end of the stay unless used partly or fully for damages
House Rules
-Smoking is not allowed inside the house; please smoke only outside. Throwing cigarette stubs in the garden is also forbidden. Any violation will incur a €500 fine
-The property accommodates a maximum of 6 persons. If your group exceeds this limit, a penalty equal to double the security deposit will apply (€500 per night)
-It is forbidden to sleep on sofas or anywhere other than the villa’s bedrooms
-Furniture must not be moved and mattresses must not be placed on the floor
-The embroidered blankets in the house are handmade in India and should not be used by children as toys
-Food is not allowed in the bedrooms, as organic waste attracts insects such as ants
Home Truths
Rocchetto property can be rented with 2 or 3 bedrooms. If you rent the house with 2 bedrooms, the annex will be closed (and not rented to anyone else).
Villa Rocchetto will cover a portion of the electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check out and any amount over the allowance will be charged against the security deposit. For any questions please discuss with your travel agent.
Please note that this villa does not offer a pre-stocking service. Kindly enquire with one of our sales agents to discuss alternative arrangements.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a €400 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
