Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• Please note that the compulsory drop-off for this villa is located on Largo Vescovado in Massa Lubrense. From there, a minivan will pick up guests and luggage and take you to the villa. The same process will be repeated for check-out. If the check-in/out process happens during standard hours, the cost is included in the villa’s rates. Any other time would require an extra fee.

• The reason for this arrangement is that the road is too tight for normal-size cars and vans to fit down it. Instead, the villa’s management uses a van whose slim dimensions correspond with the size of the road.

• Please note the Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

• An additional twin bedroom sharing the same bathroom is available on request, at an extra cost. Please enquire with a Destination Specialist for further details.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
