Once a 20th-century ruin amid the rural countryside of Crete Senesi, San Gerolamo has been transformed into a stunning five-bedroom retreat. Surrounded by gently sloping hills, it’s easy to feel as though you are the only visitors for miles. A fantastic base to recharge and leave your cares behind, this beautiful abode lets you truly enjoy a break from the bustle of everyday life.

Of course, if you do wish to explore your idyllic surroundings you are just 20 kilometres from the historic city of Siena. A short drive away are the towns of Montalcino, Pienza, and Cortona - well worth a visit to discover the incredible architecture and culture nestled within each one.

Inside, the traditional architecture is complemented by a blend of modern and antique furnishings. Warm, inviting, yet still very chic - the interior of San Gerolamo balances rustic charm with elegant design. At its heart is an oversized great room and kitchen, perfect for gathering everyone together for delicious feasts. The kitchen itself is chef-ready, complete with a host of quality appliances and utensils.

Outside, a large infinity-edge saltwater pool overlooks the countryside - wonderful for taking a dip on sunny afternoons. Nearby, a bubbling hot tub invites you to unwind under a blanket of stars. Undisturbed by light pollution, it is a spectacular sight to behold.

Of the five master bedroom suites, four are located within the main villa while a fifth bedroom is set within a separate annexe. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom.
