A range of water sports at the resort allows you to explore the picturesque coastline from an exhilarating perspective. Paddle through the aquamarine water by kayak or paddleboard or take a peek beneath the surface, snorkelling among colourful shoals of tropical fish and spotting coral gardens below. Tulum, just a 20-minute drive away, is home to ancient Mayan ruins and sparkling underground cenotes hidden within the lush jungle, where you can swim, snorkel, and scuba.

Flooded by natural light and warmed by local woods, the villa’s living and entertaining spaces have been thoughtfully designed for large groups. In addition to an airy living room, there are two cosy media rooms and a sophisticated games room with pool and foosball tables, ensuring all guests can unwind in comfort. Boasting a grand stone island and statement lighting, the kitchen is an inspiring spot to whip up local delicacies, and there is a seat for everyone at the divine wooden dining table.

Guests can follow the avant-garde concrete spiral staircase to find their sophisticated bedroom haven. There are eight contemporary bedrooms, with boutique ensuites boasting modern styling, twin vanity sinks, and rainfall showers. The two spacious primary suites each offer a king-size bed and a private terrace. There are two further king-size bedrooms and the final three bedrooms each house two double beds.

Fire up the grill, mix cocktails at the al fresco bar – try the local mezcal - and spend an unforgettable evening in the open-air lounge, soothed by the sounds of waves breaking beyond.
