One of Pedregal’s finest villas, Villa Turquesa is an outstanding ten-bedroom hideaway set into the cliffs overlooking the golden sands of the beach. With breathtaking ocean views as far as the eye can see, this is the ultimate location to unwind with family and friends. Boasting 15,000 sq ft. of indoor living space, Villa Turquesa can accommodate a total of 20 guests.

Inside, the elegant interior is illuminated by natural sunlight, cascading in from the many floor-to-ceiling windows and doors of the house. Wherever you may be within Villa Turquesa, you can be sure that an ocean view is never too far out of sight. The large open-plan sitting room seamlessly integrates with the outside pool deck, inviting in the refreshing sea breeze as you relax on one of the many plush sofas and chairs.

Take a dip in the refreshing waters of the infinity lap pool, complete with its own swim-up bar. Or, gather everyone for a tasty meal in the al fresco dining area which boasts enough space to seat up to 60 guests. Villa Turquesa has been built for entertaining - you will also find your own putting green as well as an indoor theatre room for cosy movie nights together. Those who like keeping fit will absolutely love the private gym and sauna.

All ten bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom. Four of the bedrooms come with king-size beds, while a further four have two queen-size beds each. The ninth comes with one queen-size bed, while the final bedroom boasts four triple bunk beds - the perfect den for any children in the group. Due to its dazzling size and seamless layout, Villa Turquesa is the ideal spot for a special celebration on the gorgeous Pedregal coast.

    • Villa Turquesa can accommodate wedding parties/special events for 100 guests (sit down or stand up). There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.
    • Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
