Four-bedroom Villa Vista del Mar is a glorious example of hacienda-style architecture situated on a hill slope within the private gated community of Querencia. Views over the azure waters of the Gulf of California are clear and sweeping, and it's just a short walk to the nearest beach.

Sitting within terraced desert gardens blooming with colourful native flora, this villa looks and feels like a true Mexican paradise. The main terrace offers relaxation spots in the form of a pool with a swim-up bar and jacuzzi. Al fresco meals and drinks are set to a musical soundtrack of your choice with the outdoor stereo. Enjoy the balmy evening breeze as the sun begins to set, with barbecue-cooked dinners and evenings round the fire pit.

Step inside and discover contemporary interiors spiced up with rich, Baja-inspired earthy colours and classic wood furniture. Tile floors and granite counters add a fresh touch, with a fully-equipped

kitchen bringing things right up to date. The open-plan living/dining room opens straight onto the pool terrace, letting the flower-scented air gently breeze through.

Three of the four ensuite bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the master boasts a king. Each has direct terrace access for a romantic atmosphere by day or by night.

The immaculate sands of Playa Palmilla are around a five-minute drive from the villa. A little further out are world-class golf courses and the historic town of San José del Cabo with its elegant restaurants and art galleries.

    • Villa Vista del Mar can accommodate wedding parties/events of up to 30 guests (sit down or stand up). There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.
    • Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
