    • Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded).
    • Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area
    • The use of amplifiers or live music is not allowed in common areas such as the pool, inside the units, or on the terrace.
    • Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, may result in a fine.
