Situated just five minutes from the airport and ten minutes from the fine dining and cultural splendour of Gustavia, the villa has unparalleled views of Saint Jean’s Bay and Salines and is a mere four minutes drive from the pristine sands of Saint Jean Beach. These grand vistas can be enjoyed from the comfort of the sparkling pool, the loungers that surround its waters or one of the delightful covered terraces. A soothing soundtrack to your sunbathing or star gazing is provided by the waterfall which cascades down the back of the villa into the pool.

Inside, the sophisticated monochrome style is softened by sumptuous, warm lighting which highlights the soaring lines of the ceilings. Throughout you will discover top-of-the-range technology, including TVs in all bedrooms, a particularly impressive screen in the living space and a SONOS sound system. A fitness room provides a stationary bike, treadmills, elliptical trainer and a weight bench and the whole building is fully air-conditioned.

The five ensuite bedrooms all have their own unique flairs of style making this a perfect abode for a family or group of friends.
