The apartment was as expected and when we requested an additional blanket it was provided. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our trip. “ An excellent location, close to Sloane Square Underground, and Kings Road shops. Well appointed apartment, very comfortable. Excellent communication, and great to have the greeter meet us to run through appliances etc. Everything clean, and in fine working order. Would definitely stay again. The only thing keeping me from a 10 is the stairs from street level to apartment - challenging with bags. Absolutely as advertised, but would be a consideration for potential older or mobility challenged clients.

“ The apartment was very lovely and had more than everything we needed. It was extremely clean and we loved the included cleaning in the middle of our stay since we stayed for ten days. We also took advantage of the concierge service and the person who met us to let us in was very helpful. The fuse blew for the kitchen once and the texting option with onefinestay had it resolved very quickly. Responses to questions were prompt and helpful!
