Jane Street Townhouse II is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in West Village. All polished wood and velvet, marble and mirrors, this home’s imaginatively designed living areas are glamorous spaces. The bedrooms are decorated with the same flair – we especially love the wide-windowed, white-on-white master bedroom, which feels completely peaceful. Jane Street Townhouse II’s outdoor spaces – the split-level garden, terrace and balcony – are also stylishly done. The surrounding streets are lined with places to eat and drink, and you’re within walking distance of some great galleries and museums too. It’s a six-minute walk to the subway at 14th Street.

Home truths

  • This home has an internal elevator that is currently out of order.

  • The fireplace in the master bedroom is ornamental but you may use the one in the sitting room.

  • The mattress in the fourth bedroom is a futon mattress.

  • The homeowners' gardeners will visit on Friday mornings. They have a key to let themselves into the home to access the gardens in the back yard and on the terraces.

  • The first level down is the basement level of the home and therefore tends to be colder than the other levels. In extreme temperatures, space heaters can be provided to assist with heating this level.

  • The fourth Level receives a lot of direct sunlight due to the glass walls and ceilings and therefore tends to be warmer than other levels. During extreme summer temperatures, fans can be provided to assist with cooling this level.

  • There is currently construction work taking place next door and on the street between 7am-6pm.

Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a $1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
