Jane Street Townhouse II is a classic townhouse, but with plenty of bohemian touches – as you might expect, given its location in the heart of the West Village. Stepping inside, you’ll find a formal dining room decorated with Asian-inspired artwork to the right. The sleek kitchen area opens onto the sitting room, lined on one side by floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s a sophisticated space, with low-slung velvet sofas and an eye-catching feature wall. There’s also a terrace, and a staircase that leads down to the second sitting room and the split-level garden. Further on, you’ll come to the fourth bedroom (with a small double futon).

Back upstairs, take the staircase by the front door to the third bedroom which has a king-size futon, a polar bear mural and an ensuite. Another flight up takes you to the second bedroom (with a grand four-poster bed), and the fifth bedroom (with a queen bed), both with ensuites. On the fourth floor is the skylit master bedroom, with a king-size bed, an ensuite and its own balcony.

Home truths

There is scaffolding and construction on the building facade adjacent to the home. Some noise can be heard from inside the home between 8am and 4pm, Monday through Friday.

This home has an internal elevator that is currently out of order.

The fireplace in the master bedroom is ornamental but you may use the one in the sitting room.

The mattress in the third bedroom is a futon mattress.

The homeowners' gardeners will visit on Mondays around noon. They have a key to let themselves into the home to access the gardens in the back yard and on the terraces.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
