Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
House Rules
- Events & parties are not allowed unless approved in advance in writing from the Rental Agent. An event fee applies, approx. equal to one-night rental.
- No unregistered or overnight guests allowed.
- Loud music by the pool must be turned down by 10 pm.
- Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
- Occupancy Policy: 2 Adults per bedroom & 2 small children (under 4 years) sleeping with parents.
- Additional persons are allowed when using existing Beds, up to 4 four persons for a cost of $100 USD /person /night.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
