Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• Please note the Property is currently offered for sale and may be shown to qualified prospective purchasers during the rental period with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Guest. Seller and Agent will make reasonable efforts to minimize any disruption to Guest's enjoyment of the Property.

• A new building in front of the villa obstructs part of the ocean view from the lowest level and the level above that, levels #3 & #4 have partial ocean views. The top main level & level #2 below with Master Bedrooms still has full ocean views.

• Temporary power outages and fluctuations can occur without warning due to local utility maintenance, grid strain or severe weather. Please inquire for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
