While there is no charge for infants, this home is recommend for groups with children ages 10+ due to the many terraces and balconies at the villa.
Please note that a security deposit equal to one night's rent is required year-round, except for bookings during Holiday weeks when the security deposit is $5000.
Laundry service is available for an additional fee, please inquire.
A grocery deposit will be required in advance, please note the shopping fee is 15% of the bill.
