Commanding a majestic hillside presence overlooking the sea, bay and town of Puerto Vallarta, 12-bedroom Casa Yvonneka is a stunning choice for unforgettable holidays. The villa boasts over 20,000 sq. ft of living space and so easily accommodates large family gatherings and getaways with friends. Full staff, including chef and bartender, make your stay special and comfortable at all times.
An elevator connects the numerous floors of Casa Yvonneka. Just a few of the villa's highlights include the gym, two living areas with a large flat screen TV each, and a reading/library room. Limestone floors, marble baths and kitchens nod to the sumptuous quality found throughout the villa.
Open-concept living and dining spaces with glass walls are bright and airy, with pops of colour for fiesta spirit. Gorgeous Mexican antiques and art add plenty of authentic character to the contemporary, neutral colour palette.
A maximum of 12 ensuite bedrooms can accommodate between 12 and 24 guests. Each has a TV and either a queen-size or king-size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Nine offer ocean views and three overlook the villa's private banana plantation. Many have their own lounge areas and open onto terraces. Deep bathtubs and bubbling jacuzzis add even more decadence with indulgent bathtimes guaranteed.
Outside, a wealth of terraces offer the perfect spot for every occasion, big or small. There's a heated infinity pool and poolside jacuzzi for unwinding on lazy afternoons and a choice of al fresco dining and drinks areas. Enjoy cruise ship, dolphin and whale-spotting by day and the town’s firework show every night.
Despite Casa Yvonneka's secluded position, Los Muertos Beach and the restaurants and bars of Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romántica are all just a 15-minute walk away.

- Please note the homeowner keeps her dogs on the 2nd floor, which is locked off from the guests. The dogs are taken care of and do not enter any other part of the villa.
