Lazy beach days on the white sands of your local coves are a must - but be sure to take to the sea on a chartered tour to go island hopping or try deep-sea fishing. Visit Chalk Sound National Park to encounter iguanas, lemon sharks, and friendly rays. Rejuvenate at your local spa, then, full of renewed energy, dance the night away at one of the local live music events.

Walls of glass flood the interiors with light, and white walls flow throughout to create an ethereal space. Feel part of the landscape as you sink into the sumptuous sofas in the dreamy living room to relax, then spend a quiet couple of hours in the excellent movie theatre. Keep the chef company as they whip up local delicacies in the sleek kitchen. Whether you dine in the glamorous indoor dining room or in the warm evening sun of the terrace, you're guaranteed an unforgettable vista.

The peaceful bedrooms are bright and airy, with modern colour palettes that echo the horizon and sweeping coast. Seven of the nine bedrooms are ensuite, and the final two share a bathroom. Five of these ensuite bathrooms house a king-size bed, one provides a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, and the last, three twin-over-twin bunks and a sofa bed. The final two bedrooms share a spa-style bathroom, and each has a split-king bed.

Sip champagne in the sparkling infinity pool, chatting to your friends as they bask in the warm sun on one of the plush terrace loungers. Relax on your private dock, launching a kayak to explore the clear waters, then watch your guests swing in over-the-water hammocks or play on the boules court as you fire up the outdoor grill at this glamorous tropical haven.

    HOUSE RULES

    • Quiet Times: We are located in a residential community. As such, we ask that you please
    • respect the privacy and space of your neighbours, and their right to a quiet
    • times. Specifically, between the hours of 9pm and 9am we ask that noise
    • please be kept to a minimum and that if music is being enjoyed, it is enjoyed
    • inside.
    • Breakage and Damage: Should you break or damage anything please let us know immediately so we are aware. If it's
    • minor, it's likely there will be no charges associated. If it's a larger issue, we
    • prefer to agree any charges with you before you leave. We would like to return
    • your full security deposit and can only do so with your communication of any
    • broken or damaged items while you are still on property.
    • Watersports Equipment: The use of watersports equipment is at your own risk. Please exercise caution
    • while enjoying the complimentary paddleboards and kayaks. 
    • Children under 18 are not permitted to use watersports equipment without the
    • constant supervision of adults.
    • Lost, abandoned or damaged equipment will incur charges for replacement.
    • Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free home, please do not smoke or vape inside the house.
    • Smoking is permitted in the outside area surrounding the property. Please
    • dispose of any butts in designated ash trays and do not litter the property
    • grounds.
    • Please be mindful of furniture if you are smoking outside. Cigarette burns on
    • loungers or upholstery will result in additonal charges.
    • Pets: We chose to make this home pet-free due to allergies. Service
    • animals are not considered pets and are always welcome, just please let us
    • know in advance.
    • Adult Supervision:  Please observe caution and ensure children are under
    • adult supervision when near the rocky areas on the coast, in the pool and the
    • ocean. Motorized watersports are restricted to 300ft from the coast for your safety, but please remain vigilant.
    • Our team is happy to close the pool cover in the evenings for children's safety.
    • Linens and Upholstery: Bath and beach towels are provided for your use and convenience. Wet towels
    • need to be hung to dry to prevent mildew. Pillow shams and coverlets are for
    • decorative use only. Please do not sit on living room, dining room or kitchen
    • cushions in wet bathing suits and/or with suntan lotion.
    • Desalinized water is delivered via city piping and rain water is collected in the
    • cistern below the villa. While the water is completely safe for cooking,
    • cleaning and bathing, we recommend that you purchase water for drinking.
    • We provide all guests with complimentary water on arrival.
    • KITCHEN:
    • The Jura Coffee Maker: Ground beans are loaded into the top of the machine,
    • water is filled in the clear compartment on the side. If you see a red light on
    • the front of the machine please advise your butler.
    • The Stove and Oven: Be sure to hold the padlock for up to 5 seconds to unlock
    • the stove for use. You will need to lock this once you are finished.
    • The Dishwasher: We provide a supply of tablets - you will need to insert one
    • into the flip box container on the inside of the dishwasher door. Then press the
    • program button of your choice - there are a few settings - then press the start
    • button.
    • The Fridge/freezer: You do not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any
    • difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know right away.
    • The Water Cooler: Complimentary water is located in the water cooler. Our
    • Brio water cooler provides cold water as well as hot water for tea. Please
    • exercise caution with hot/boiling water.
    • HEATIG AND COOLING:
    • You will find a panel on each bedroom wall that allows you to control the
    • temperature of the room - you will only need to use the up and down arrows
    • to adjust this. Please do not change any other settings as we set the air
    • conditioning to auto for maximum efficiency.
    • We recommend a setting of 78F which we find keeps the place at a
    • comfortable temperature.
    • Please note, running the air-conditioning with doors or windows open will
    • cause errors with the units. Most rooms are equipped with door sensors so
    • that when the doors are open the air conditioner will automatically turn off.
    • LAUNDRY:
    • If you require laundry to be done during your stay, your butler and
    • housekeeping are happy to assist with this.
    • We offer one complimentary load of laundry per one week stay with us. You
    • may choose to have this mid-stay or at the end of your stay before departure.
    • Please notify your butler when you wish to have laundry completed.
    • Sonos Music System:
    • The villa is fully fitted with Sonos music inside and out for your listening
    • pleasure. Simply connect to the wifi and hop onto the Sonos App on your
    • phone. Manage the volume levels in different areas of the house straight from the
    • app. 
    • Tip: If you want to keep the party going, shut the doors and turn off the
    • outside zones - our hurricane glass doors are great noise barriers and will
    • allow you to enjoy your music indoors, past quiet hours.
    • TELEVISION:
    • The televisions in the home are smart televisions with internet access as well
    • as cable television. Feel free to sign in to your preferred streaming service or
    • take advantage of the local channels provided - the guide button will provide a
    • list of available channels for your enjoyment.
    • Please note there are two remote controls:
    • The Samsung remote controls the television and access to streaming service
    • apps.
    • The Digicel remote controls the cable television options.
    • AIR CONDITIONING:
    • The villa is cooled with central air conditioning. You can adjust the
    • temperature in your bedroom or in the living area with the white a/c control
    • panel. We ask that you please adjust the temperature and fan settings only -
    • the rest has been set for optimum cooling efficiency for you.
    • Please note: bedroom and living area doors to access the terraces have
    • sensors on them. When your door is open, your a/c will shut off (a small
    • rectangle and arrow icon on the control panel indicates a door is open). When
    • you close the doors, the a/c will automatically turn back on
    • CEILING FANS:
    • Ceiling fans can be turned on and off using the designated switch on the wall.
    • You can adjust the speed of the fan using the small white remote control
    • located in the room. Please do not move remotes from the room they are in
    • as this will interfere with proper operation.
    • GAMES AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT:
    • The third level mezzanine is equipped with a pool table, cards table and area
    • to enjoy quiet reading in our Eames Chair.
    • We have a ping pong table that can be set up on request. Exercise equipment
    • is also available for your use including free weights, jump ropes, bosu balls
    • and mats/blocks for yoga. If you plan to work out during your holiday, please
    • advise your butler so they can provide access to exercise equipment and
    • assist in setting up your home gym.
    • OFFICE AND CONFERENCE ROOM:
    • We have a full conference room and office for your use complete with Eames chairs and conference table, presentation television, whiteboard and printer, we are fully set up for your work needs. Please be mindful of the leather and wood surfaces. The printer is wifi connected and can also AirPrint from apple devices. If you have the need for specific items to get your work done, please ask our team and we would be happy to assist.
    • SWIMMING POOL:
    • Please enjoy the pool safely and pay special attention to the Pool Rules which
    • are mounted on the wall by the outdoor shower. We also ask that you please
    • do not enter the pool from the infinity edge but use the steps.
    • Please also note that glassware is not permitted by the pool and we have reusable plastic
    • dishware for your enjoyment poolside.. A broken glass or
    • bottle in the pool will require emptying the pool for cleaning and refilling which
    • will be at your cost.
    • GRILL AND BBQ: There is an outdoor gas grill available for your use. Your butler or concierge is
    • available to assist you should you wish to use the grill.
    • DOCK: Enjoy the dock area for lounging and accessing Sapodilla Bay.
    • Please pay special attention to the dock rules, mounted by the terrace steps,
    • to ensure you enjoy the area safely.
    • Incidentals & Billing:
    • Additional charges on your villa account for groceries, excursions,
    • transportation etc. which we have made payment for on your behalf will be
    • subject to an additional 15% administrative fee.
    • Your concierge will coordinate a time to review your incidental charges the
    • afternoon prior to or the morning of check-out. You will be presented with an
    • itemized invoice for your approval and payment before check-out.
